Acevedo Daniels, principal attorney in the Law Office of Janean
Acevedo Daniels, has over 25 years of experience in employment law
and civil litigation.
Ms.
Daniels represents employees in wrongful termination, discrimination,

Virginia Arciniega
is our firms legal assistant. Currently in her last year of
study at Santa Barbara College, and a certified HR manager, Virginia
has extensive training and experience in Human Resources management
and employment law. She has also worked as an intern with the Legal
Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara, and the Santa Barbara Legal Resource
Center. Virginia handles all client intake, office administration
and paralegal matters, and provides valuable litigation and other
case support.
